The Kippin Blankie is a toy designed to provided comfort and a tactile way to soothe babies and toddlers.
The comforter can be introduced to baby's sleep routine (e.g when feeding and reading) from the very beginning, so that they get used to having their Kippin at every sleep. The Kippin can also be popped down your top so that your scent is absorbed onto the natural organic cotton, as a comfort for baby.
The Kippin comforter should then be removed from their cot when sleeping, prior to 7 - 12 months of age.

Age Suitability:
Suitable from birth, as part of a supervised sleep ritual
Safety:
- Kippins have been safety tested to European (EN71), Australian/NZ and USA safety standards as suitable from birth when supervised
- Red Nose recommend you do not leave a soft toy in the cot unsupervised under 7 months of age
- The ACCC recommends unsupervised use from 12 months of age
Materials:
- Made from 100% pure organic cotton, produced without pesticides
- The Kippin head is filled with GOTS certified BetterFill ™ Recycled polyfill stuffing
Care:
- Wash in a cold or warm machine wash in a lingerie or delicates bag to separate from the rest of the wash
- Allow to dry naturally or tumble dry on low heat
- If slight creases appear, simply iron these out with a warm iron, but avoid ironing the head
- Do not bleach - this includes products such as Napisan and White King
- Kippins are printed using safe, water based inks - this means that they made fade a little after the first wash
Note - not following the washing instructions or washing in anything but cold water will cause severe fading and shrinkage and compromise the construction
