Description
The Dr Brown's Options PLUS teat features a NEW breast like nipple, to encourage a proper latch for a more natural feeding experience. The shape and feel of the nipple helps baby switch from breast to bottle and back again.
Replacement Dr Browns nipples / teats, available in levels to suit a growing baby, or for replacing teats that have worn, been damaged or lost.
Compatibility:
The Wide Neck Options PLUS teats are only compatible with the Wide Neck Options PLUS bottles (i.e. previous style Wide Neck bottles and teats are not compatible)
Material:
Made from super soft, high-grade silicone which is BPA-free and contains no PVC, lead or phthalates
Level(s):
Available in a range of levels, each offering a different flow rate -
- Preemie - for premature babies and babies with a reduced suction reflex
- Level 1 - for newborns 0+ months
- Level 2 - for babies 3+ months
- Level 3 - for babies 6+ months
- Level 4 - for babies 9+ months
- Level Y - for babies 9+ months (utilises a 'Y' shaped opening to allow for greater milk flow)
Note:
The above ages serve as a general guideline for choosing a bottle teat / nipple. A teat / nipple should be chosen to match baby’s feeding style, regardless of age.
